Random Recap

Well I'm organizing the pictures, and I had some random ones that just don't go anywhere....
so I thought I would explain what they are and when they were taken and such.

This is the delicious Coldstone Creamery cake we had for my baby brothers birthday last week. He kept saying "when we go to America, I'm gonna have a birthday, and be 4" =D

When we came back, we had a pretty spiderweb on our shoerack.. its a little blurry but this was the only picture you could see it in...

Our friends from Turkey that came to visit left today, so we went to chinese restaurant as a goodbye on Thursday

The food was sooo good... I loooove chinese food =)

Me and Leslie Burke (heheh I like to call my friend that) my shoes are the black ones, hers are the gray ones... we were looking after the kids

I got this shirt from H&M, well my mom did, from the Garden Collection and I loove it, Leslie also got it. And then guess what? Dee told me to watch Sonny with a Chance because Tawni had worn it, so I did...

I was soo excited! The only thing is, I thought her jewelry was a bit 

too much because the shirt already had a lot going on...

Amanda Inspired Outfit

I just read this post on *Viva La Fashion* and I got inspired by Amandas outfit, its so simple and cute and looks comfy, but the colors and the jacket/blazer and purse make it look a little more fancy....

So we were getting out of the house really quickly and I wanted to recreate her look, so I wore this:

I had on black converse because I don't have black flats (I totally need a pair)
And I had to wear this white button down because I don't have a blazer or a jacket like that, it's soo cute though! I really need a black and a white one.. *sigh* I took it off later on though... I liked it better without it =)

Well, I hope you guys liked this.. I had fun making it, and I really liked how it looked... I tried to make it more of a nautical look with the necklace... but I'm not sure how that turned out.. I was about to wear my red messenger bag, but I wore the black and red one instead. This one is from Turkey

I love this purse because you can remove the straps and make it a clutch!

It was 10 Lira, which is like $6-7 so the price was great, the quality isn't that good, but I still love it =)

~Friday the 13th~

oooooh!
It's Friday the 13th! The lucky day! (for me) I don't know why but I always like Friday the 13th... do you guys? Sorry I haven't done posts for a while.... school is going to start and I just feel blechhhhhh I don't want to go back to school.... they say being a junior is super hard and it's really important and all that =/
I'm worried I might get some bad teachers...
Did I bring you guys down enough? Lol... here this will make you smile

heheh... this is from a sleepover from like... 6 years ago? =D I don;t think I ate the tomatoes and cucumber though.... I really want chocolate chip pancakes right now... I haven't had breakfast yet.

Hello to my new followers (and new readers?)! I'm happy you guys read this

I don't really know what else to say except... well I want to go to Target, since we live next door to one, but my mom is tired... she knows we need to go shopping, (we haven't since we came from Turkey) and I really need new hangers... and I need to throw out some clothes.

I have a question for you guys, do you guys have a hard time throwing out clothes? I can never part with them, because when I look at pictures, I'm like "mom where did this shirt go? I loved it!" or "mom I can't believe I gave away these pants!"

=) I know that I need to giveaway old things, esp. in order to get new ones but I just love to keep it until its too small or ripped... am I the only one?

Soooo Sleeeeepy

Hey guys,
so, I came back late at night on Sunday and for some weird reason even though I scheduled it, my Airplane...Ankara post didn't go up.. anyway, I am really behind and the last days were so crazy I couldn't take a lot of pictures, at least I don't remember any...
well CA is soo cold, and Ankara was SO hot you couldn't sleep at night =/
I think I still have to share the Konya pictures and of course a haul post, but the haul post will be up later because... well my new outfits have to stay new since my friends read my blog, they will see everything I bought and the delight of wearing something new will be gone... does that make sense?
Anyway, its almost 9 pm and I woke up at 6 am.. can you believe it? I am wrapped in a blanket with my eyes half closed and so heavy... I just want to sleep.

Airplane Ride From Ankara to America!

Hey!
I'm back! Sorry I was gone for a week, but I have good news and bad news...
I am stuck in someone elses body! xD jk.... in someone elses house!
---Warning! RANDOM blog ahead!---
So, I don't have my laptop, and hence no pictures, again....
My good news is that I will be coming home and I'll be in CA again on Sunday.
The bad news is that because I only have three days (two left) in Ankara, we need to buy some last minute things, and I probably wont have time to do a post. I am still trying to catch up on the blogs =)
I had like 109 tabs open.... and I still have like 50 more to go.....
Anyway..... it's sooo hot here, I hope its hot in CA too because I really want to go swimming... something thats a little difficult to do in Turkey... whoa. I had a total Deja vu moment there or should I say Alice moment... did I mention this before?? =P
Well.... I've realized that theres no place like home... unless when you're on vacation you have a car and you stay at a hotel and you decide what you want to do when you want to do it. Which, for me, is not the case...
I've missed blogging... and reading your blogs.... it feels so good to just talk and talk and talk.... even if it is to a monitor.
I'm dying to do outfit posts and post pretty pictures but I'm afraid of all of the bad people out there... why did they have to exist? How do people do it? How do you just put pictures of yourself and your friends and family?? I would love to know... =D
